About Stephen Houser

Hello! My name is Stephen Houser. I started to film at the age of 12. The Internet was a dial up connection and YouTube didn’t exists. Using my parents VHS camcorder, my friends and I would film whatever we did that day. Pretty much what I’m still doing today! Once we finished our little movie, my friends and I would make copies and hand them out to anyone who would watch. I guess, I never really grew up! I was born in 1987, picked up my first skateboard in 1999, and started surfing in 2011 while on deployment in Morocco. I severed 8 years in the United States Marines Corps and received two degrees from WCU. I’m happily married, with two great children. Although my daytime job is a High School History Teacher, I still get after if every day! Surf, Skate, family time, I always try to stay positive and bring the STOKE! Enjoy!
